"The brave never die, though they sleep in dust. Their courage nerves a thousand living men." -M. Savage
To those selfless men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while in service to our country, a grateful nation owes you and your family a debt that can never be repaid.
To those brothers who came into our lives so very quickly, only to depart so shortly thereafter; to those brothers whose dirty faces, foul mouths, and cocky attitudes were eclipsed only by an unwavering commitment to one another's safe return home; to those brothers whose memory invites a smile, a laugh, and an overwhelming sense of pride and joy before any pang of sadness sets in; to those brothers who subtle presence greets us when we least expect it, whose life lessons still carry us through the day, and whose stories we are committed to preserving; I miss you and I love you so very much.

Dozens of residents showed up to learn how we can take ownership of our neighborhoods and discourage negative behavior. Great work everyone! (3 photos) ... See MoreSee Less
